Nationwide cashless treatment scheme for road accident victims, providing up to ₹1.5 lakh for hospital care during the “golden hour” anywhere in India.

• Government will also give a cash reward of about ₹25,000 to Good Samaritans or Rahavirs who take victims to hospital
• AIIMS study cited that timely medical intervention under such a scheme can cut road fatalities by around 30%
