The Madhya Pradesh government has approved the development of Veerangana Durgavati Tiger Reserve (Nauradehi, Sagar district) as the third cheetah habitat in the State, expanding India’s cheetah reintroduction programme after Kuno National Park and Gandhi Sagar Tiger Reserve.
